Explainer Videos

A technical concept for a CEO. A new-business pitch for a seen-it-all review committee. An HR program for the employees hardest to reach — each explained in a form people actually watch to the end.

Technical project video for CEO

While at frog design/Capgemini Invent, our team worked with Walgreens’ CTO on Project P, a new AI-assisted technology. The CTO needed a way to explain it to the CEO and get a go/no-go decision.

CEOs have limited time, and they want the shape of a technical idea rather than its mechanics. So I concepted a short, high-level explainer video — enough to understand what Project P was and why it mattered, and nothing beyond that. I worked with a copywriter for the video script The designers also recorded the voiceover parts.

The result? The CEO understood Project P immediately and gave it the go for further exploration.

Quick, low-cost pitch video

AI Assisted 25%

At frog design/Capgemini Invent, we had a last-minute opportunity to pitch for all of Pfizer’s marketing content business. I thought a short video could give the review committee something quick and entertaining before they worked through pages of written proposal.

With no budget and no time, I built it from sampled stock footage, worked with a copywriter on the voiceover script, and used AI audio and music sampling for the sound.

The result? We were invited into the final round.

AI-Assisted 100%

Reaching younger employees

Cooper Companies had a large population of Gen Z and younger employees — an audience that didn’t engage with PowerPoints or leave-behind booklets. But the company needed them to understand its Performance Empowerment Process (PEP).

Video is what this audience already watched every day. So, I created an animated explainer, using AI tools (Powtoon, Murf) for the animation, music, and audio to produce it quickly and at low cost.

The result? 75% improvement in PEP engagement across all employees — and 100% among the company’s youngest.
